Returns and Replacements
Every Full Moon Rebels item is made to order especially for you. Because we do not keep pre-made inventory, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color, a change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email lara@fullmoonrebels.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the item and the problem.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. You will generally not need to return the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund for the affected item.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Production can begin soon after an order is placed. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Addresses and Unclaimed Packages
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot cover the cost of reprinting or reshipping an order sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, or an order that is left unclaimed. If a carrier returns a package because of our error or a verified production issue, please contact us so we can help.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
