Where We Ship
Full Moon Rebels currently ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping as our small business grows.
Production Time
Every item is made to order. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, although production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or temporary product shortages.
Estimated Delivery
After production, standard domestic delivery commonly takes approximately 2–5 business days. Economy delivery, when available, may take approximately 4–8 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking and Separate Packages
You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Items may be produced by different facilities and can arrive in separate packages at no additional concern to you.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us immediately at lara@fullmoonrebels.com if you notice an error. Once production or shipping has begun, an address change may not be possible. Customers are responsible for replacement or reshipping costs when an incorrect or incomplete address was submitted with the order.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Carrier scans can occasionally be delayed. If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears to be lost, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate. Full Moon Rebels is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will always do our best to help you find a practical next step.
